March 27th/64 Dear Cousin As I have nothing else too do so I will write and it is a good implayment as I can find. there is nothing going on of any news except that the Army is reorganized in 3 corps the 1st, 5th, 6th, and 2nd the 1st and 3rd are broken we are in the 5th Corps as usual but are in the 1st Brigade instead of 3rd. Gen Warren commands and his Head Qrs at Cullpepper. Gen Grant is here I had the Pleasure of seeing him as the cars stoped for watter at the river   we have target Practice 3 days in each week we have not Practiced only one day and then it was so windy we could not shoot straight I have not seen Cousin Wesly since I wrote before I think I will go there some time this week I recd a letters from Chloe, Alzina and home since I wrote you before and they are all well also cousin Louisie she is in Wayne Co on a visite too her Uncle Harris Our school is out and the Children feel lonesome they have socials for the Benefit of the Soldiers every 2 weeks Father has not found him a place too go move too yet but I hope he will   one night some time ago we was called out at one oclock for fear of being attacked the whole corps was the same two tranes of cars was loded at Warrington Junct read too move to Alexandria but did not have too.
