I am Boiling some Beens and Beaf for Dinner David lies on the bed fast a sleep Lucina how did you enjoy your self chirstmas and Newyears I was on guard Bouth Dayes it was two lonesome Dayes to me But never mind I will make up lost time when I do come home it is raining and is very muddy. Give my love to bouth uncle and Aunt and all the res of [   ?   ] friends if there Be any which I Dont expect there is many. I heard manda was very sick rite and tell me how she is rite all the news you think of when you rite for I like to hear how things is going on around home. I would like to see you all very mutch and have a good visit But it is imposable at the presant I cant think of mutch to rite soo you will excuse this note rite ofter as you can.
