About the Author
Frank M. Crandall was residing in Baraboo, Wisconsin when he enlisted in the 6th Wisconsin Infantry Company A as a Fifer on May 10, 1861. He was mustered into service that same day. On September 17, 1862, he was listed as being wounded at Antietam, Maryland. Frank M. Crandall died of disease on July 6, 1864.Documents for this Author:
