Dear Glory I thought as I had time to write I would improve the time hear is a picher of the plase whare we are campt it is a [   ?   ] plase it is an old plant ation that was tild by Negros but the owner was a republican he was Fremont brotherlaw Freemont has don all that any man could halve don his men felt vary bad to halve him go and threw down thare arms and said that they would go home if he went from them but he talked to them and got them to stay hear you cannot see all of it as you look at it you ar looking East and it runs west to another period ground it looks nise to see two or three thousand horseman in it to once and there are for thousand infantry on peraid we halve got our Sabers today and they are giving out the horses today we will soon be redey to go in + the field with the rest of our friends our men is not a friend of everything, you must write soon.
