having been paid to the State Treasurer by
David McCormack
being in full payment of the amount due on University Land Certificate No.
23
for the SW of NE
Quarter of Section 311 Town 9 Range 1 in the County of
Richland and the said Certificate having been surren=
dered, and the record thereof cancelled, the paid
McCormack
is entitled to receive from the Commissioners of School and University
Lands a Patent for the Land called for in said Certificate, and above described,
Upon due Proof being made that there are no Unpaid Taxes against said Lands.
