The Secretary of State will please draw his Warrant on the State Treasurer in favor of John H Anderson for amount of Extra Pay due him, as provided by law.            Maggie Anderson The following statement must be made by a Justice of the Peace of the town where the soldier resides, unless none shall have been qualified therein, when a Justice from a neighboring town may sign. If the wife move to another town, the new residence will be deemed that of the husband. Statements of Notaries will not answer. State of Wisconsin County of Racini        SS.       The undersigned, a Justice of the Peace of the City of Racini in the county aforesaid, does hereby state, that John H Anderson in whose favor the above order is drawn, is a resident of said town, and has been mustered into the service of the United States, in Co F H A Reg’t; that to the best of his knowledge and belief, said soldier has not deserted, been discharged or dismissed from the service; that he has a family dependent upon him for support, consisting of a wife that he is personally acquainted with Maggie Anderson who signs the order, and knows that she is the person having charge of the family dependent upon the said soldier. State of Wisconsin County Racini            SS.       Maggie Anderson being duly sworn, deposes and says, that she is now and was, at the time of his en- listment as being drafted, the lawful wedded wife of John H Anderson a soldier in Company F H Artillery Wis Vol that, at the time, he was a resident of the City of Racini County of Racini State of Wisconsin, and that she was then living with and actually dependent upon him for support; that neither she nor any other member of the family of said soldier has applied for or drawn any money from the Volunteer Aid Fund of the State, on behalf of any other soldier; and that to the best of her knowledge and belief, that said soldier has not deserted, been discharged or dismissed from the service.
