Dear Wife
L. M. Wiser
I Just recived your
letter of the 11 of this
munth and was glad to
here from you once more for
this is the first one in 6 weeks
this very Nite it found me
in good helth and i hope when
this comes to your hand it will
find you the same Sina i rote one
this week to you so i cant think
of much to rite at present
to write onley i got one from
G. W. Joles the same time i
got yours and that is to day
Sina you said Sont was
throw out but Ant was
not it is hard on them but
it cant be help Sina i wonder
if they Drafted Hol Wiser i guss
Now dont you Sina he is her
i think way down south in Ga
and his time is a going down
hill Now for he hant onley 13
munths more to stay and there
he is his one nigar once more then
he will come home to his gal
a gain Sina i give up goin
in to the Navy for if i go in
to her i got to stay 2 years
longar and if i live throu

and i dont care a bout staying
any longar at present until
i come home and rest a while

out on a forag expedition
4 days A go and 2 Co was
capturd Co G and K and
the rest hant come in yet
but will to Nite i was on the
other and was gon 5 days and
the rebs charged ous and i and
some others was oblige to leep
from our horses and take
to the woods to save ourselves
for the Johneys was on every side
