I beg leave to submit
the following for your consideration. I have
in my possession (20) Twenty (6) six mule
wagons not movable, having taken the animals
from them to fill up other trains, and unless
I can get the number of mules necessary to move
them I shall be compeled to leave all, or part,
of them (according to the number of muels received)
at the Rail Road Bridge or such place as you
may designate. I would respectfully ask
for (120) One hundred and twenty animals.
my estimate made nearly a month ago was
for (60) Sixty mules and (2) two Horses
