Dear Brother and Sister
I now take my pen
in hand to tell you that
we are all well a pres
ant and hope you are
the same I am verry
anxious to come out
to see you and Shall be
thare soon I am wating
for the wether to get
cooler for it is so dry
and hot I am afraid to
start yet we havenot had
onley one shour since the
25 of July Every thing
is drying up a grate meny
are cuting up their corn aredy
I want you to write
as soon as you get this
and tell me the near
est Railroad Station to you
that I may know whare
to Stop that I may
not go out of the way
Clarks folks are all
well at presant Icaacs
Andrews are all in good
health at presant I
