I the medical officers of this command will
in future see that then weekly reports of sick and
wounded and medical offices are sent to thy office by
him of lock on Saturday mornings
These reports must in[ ? ]be made
of the printed forms furnished for the purpose hone others
will be received and no excuse admitted as the
blanks can be obtained by application at this office on
Fridays between the hours of 10 AM + 12 PM
The orderly or messenger bringing the reports
shall be ordered to remain untill the

been examined and he has received a receipt for the same

II Requisitions for Hospital supplies must be
made on the
printed forms in triplicate and en
dorsed with the name of the Regiment and in strict
accordance with the supply table
III Monthy reports of sick and wounded must
be founded to this office by the third of
each month always on
printed forms
A strict compliance with this
order will be required and any neglect of it will
be construct into disobedience
