Cousin Marila after waiting
so long to hear from som of you
in vane I thought I wood write and
let you know that we was all a live
out hear in the beautiful west, and
hope this will fin
nd you the same
We should like to now how the war feaver
rages in
now New Hampshire for it is
taking them of very fast hear, while
I am now writing Cousin Sarah hear
with her too Children, and her husband
has gon to the war, and likewise Ellen
husband has gone, Edward Tirrill and
Frank Tirrill and Warren has gon
That is all the
retiles relatives
that has gon from hear, pleas write
who has gon from back ther, to the war
this State has sent 11 Regiment of Infantry
24 of Cavalry 1 of Artillery Six
more regiment are nearly ready to start
most evry one had gon from this town,
and the other days I can go in the spring
if I want to I should have gon long a go
if I could have got her consent,
the crops ar not quit so good as they was
last year. Pleas writ and let us know
all the news you must excuse me for
bad writing and spelling for it is wrot in the
Eving wll I cant think of eny thing
