By reason of acceptance of commission in 1st Mich Vols Infantry (No objection to this being re-enlisted is now to exist.*) Said Francis Raymond was born in Detroit in the State of Michigan, is 19 years of age. 5 feet = inches high, Light complexion, black eyes, black hair, and by occupation, when enrolled, a bookkeeper Given at 24th Mich Vols this 19th day of April 1864 William W.
