About the Author
At the age of 22, Frederick W. Farr enlisted as a Private in the 9th Michigan Infantry Company C on September 23, 1864 at Jackson, Michigan. He was mustered into service that same day and was listed as joining his regiment on October 26. Frederick W. Farr was discharged on June 20, 1865 at Nashville, Tennessee.Documents for this Author:
