About the Author
Wilson Clyborn, of Berrien County, Michigan, enlisted as a Private in the 12th Michigan Infantry Company A on October 1, 1861. He was mustered into service at the age of 19 on December 19. Clyborn re-enlisted into the service on December 25, 1863 at Little Rock, Arkansas. On November 11, 1864, he was taken prisoner at an unknown location. Wilson Clyborn was discharged from service on February 15, 1866 at Camden, Arkansas. After the war, he lived in St. Joseph, Michigan.Documents for this Author:
