About the Author
Sergeant Job T. Bunn enlisted at the age of 40 into the 1st Michigan Engineers Company L on December 27, 1862 in Albion, Michigan. He was mustered into service on April 8, 1863. At Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Bunn was taken prisoner on December 15, 1864 and later paroled. Job T. Bunn died on April 27, 1865 on the Steamer Sultana when it exploded on the Mississippi River.Documents for this Author:
