About the Author
Henry Bacon enlisted in the 11th Michigan Cavalry Company I on September 19, 1863 at Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was mustered into service as a Sergeant on October 7 at the age of 24. Henry Bacon died on June 12, 1864 at Cynthiana, Kentucky. He is buried at Lexington National Cemetery in Lexington, Kentucky.Documents for this Author:
