Dear friends and all
Again
I have taken my seat to write
you a few lines. I am still
above ground & in good health,
I wrote and before since I was
taken prisoner so you will know
the particulars before you get
this, we got to this place the
29d of last month.
It is very warm here, yesterday
we had a hard thunder showers,
Isaac was not taken at the time
I was & I have not heard from
him since, I want to hear
from you just as soon as possible
