Carren did one the evening of the 19th refuse to go to his Quarters when ordered by me saying he would se me in hell first I being at the time in discharge of my duty as Ordly Sergt   James Stewart Ordly Sergt   To which charge and specification prisoner plead guilty. Th Court therefore sentence prisoner to forfeit Three Dollars ($3.00) from next payment. A M Beebe Capt & Provost 14 Reg Mich Inf Finding and sentence approved.
