Camp At Knoxville East tennessee
febuary the 27 1864 Saturday
Wall Sina this day finds me
with pen in hand to write an
answer to the lette I just got from
you dated the 15 of febuary and was
Glad to her from you and to her of
bing well for I am in the best kind of
helth all but I am very horse cosed
by a cold it is so bad I cant speek
A loud word so I dont have any thing
to do but to day in camp wall for this
matter we all dont for our horses is all
played out the army is all gon from
her but some artilery and dismounted
Cavlery they are driving the rebs to the
end of the earth for what I know the
last I heard from them they was
driving them through Greenville 100
miles

down was goin to the show with
the young men but if you was
willing why should i not be if
